Andrew began his career in the electronics and industrial manufacturing industries, but has spent the past 10+ years dedicated to the healthcare space. His background includes selling to the executive suite and implementing complex healthcare solutions that focus on improving patient care, enhancing operational workflow, and optimizing cost savings.

Before joining the MDM Healthcare team, Andrew most recently served as National Solutions Consultant for a worldwide leader in document management solutions, focusing on the automation of the hybrid medical record and EHR/EMR to reduce organizational costs related to the handling of paper and printed records. Prior to that he has performed in other various management, sales, and customer service roles.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego. He currently resides in the Philadelphia with his wife and 3 children.

With more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare solution space, Chris Miller has developed a passion for enhancing the healthcare experience through increased patient engagement and education, providing hospitals with the tools and support needed to improve lives and drive better outcomes for the populations they serve.

Early in his career, Chris’ experience began in emergency and disaster preparedness, helping hospitals by offering a solution that allows healthcare workers to evacuate all patients quickly and effectively without lifting or carrying them. This is where his passion for education and collaborating with clinical teams began.

He then transitioned out of emergency management to the patient engagement and experience area, where he has spent the last six years providing advanced solutions to improve care coordination for healthcare providers. Those solutions included interactive patient care with patient education, patient entertainment, medication teaching, digital rounding, and digital whiteboard – all of which are designed to enhance and drive an improved patient experience as well as clinical and operational efficiencies.

Linda F. Robinson, MSN, RN, CXCP is an accomplished national speaker, published author and healthcare workplace safety advocate with over 34 years of nursing experience in patient- and family-centered care, patient engagement technology, emergency medicine, critical care, forensic nursing and healthcare legislation.

As Vice President of Clinical Excellence for MDM Healthcare, she plans to continue her steadfast dedication to transforming healthcare through MDM’s patient engagement technology, Journey PX. Her focus is to champion patients and families by empowering clinicians and providers to deliver exemplary patient experiences and outcomes that matter in this ever-changing healthcare landscape.

Linda has been recognized as Magnet Nurse of the Year for Structural Empowerment by the ANCC Magnet Commission, the recipient of the Healthcare Hero Award by the Greater Cincinnati Business Courier Journal, awarded Outstanding Contribution to Emergency Nursing by the Greater Cincinnati Emergency Nurses Association and spearheaded the passing of multiple landmark bills on the protection against violence in the workplace for Kentucky health care workers. She received ANCC Magnet Exemplar SE11 for being a Clinical Nurse supporting organizational strategic priorities for the initiative. In all, Linda has been intricately involved with five successful ANCC Magnet journeys.

As a transformative nursing leader at St. Elizabeth Healthcare for more than three decades, Linda was instrumental to the ground-breaking research, development, implementation and sustainment of Partners in Care. The program innovatively incorporated patient engagement technology and led to a system-wide cultural shift towards a more patient- and family-centered care model. With patient experience targets met, she proved that patient engagement technology can play a vital role in patient- and family-centered care. The program received an ANCC Magnet Exemplar.

Linda furthered her work and began to consult with hospitals across the country on innovatively incorporating patient engagement technology within their patient and family centered care culture. With a focus on embedding technology into existing clinical workflows thus developing LEAN workflows that drive system utilization and nursing best practices that strategically impact patient experience, quality, safety and nurse satisfaction. She has dedicated her life and career to transforming the healthcare industry.

Dave Stroly has been in the healthcare industry since 1977, focusing on televisions and related equipment. He joined MDM Healthcare in 2004 and has built the Southeast region from straight equipment sales to a provider of all services related to televisions and displays throughout healthcare facilities. He enjoys collaboration, relationship building and empowering his customers with the knowledge to make the best systems and equipment investments. Dave also helps hospitals plan television and cable plant upgrades, as well as adding patient education systems, in a way that fits their budget and need.

Maggie has worked in the AV industry for five years and has serviced a wide range of vertical markets. She now leverages her product knowledge and account management experience to take care of her healthcare customers. With MDM, she offers patient-focused healthcare-grade TV systems, patient education packages and digital signage solutions to support healthcare facility technology needs.

Maggie is committed to solving her customers’ problems and being their number one resource for knowledge and constant support.

Jeff has worked at MDM Commercial for 23 years. He is currently focused on the Long Term Care vertical of the healthcare industry. Jeff enjoys interacting with customers and helping them find great solutions for technology opportunities.
